Justice at Trinity CEVAP
- We teach children the importance of fairness and equal opportunities
- We expect children to be fair to one another
- We teach them about the evils of injustice; about racism and discrimination and how they have been overcome.
- We inspire children with the stories of people like Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King who worked for justice.
- We encourage the children to try and make the world a fairer place for everybody through supporting things like fair trade.
During our class based worship, we thought about whether there were unjust things happening in the world and what we would like to see happening to make it just.
In Ducklings class, we talked about Jesus and how He always treats people fairly and justly. We then wrote a Justice Prayer together.
