English Homophones: Another homophone that commonly gets confused and used incorrectly is where, were, wear and we’re. Please look at the PowerPoint to help you learn the difference and then write out the sentences on the sheet attached, but putting in the correct missing homophone.
Year 3 Maths: Count forwards and backwards in 1’s, 10’s and 100’s. Answer the questions finding 1, 10 or 100 more than a number. Then answer my true or false questions. Write the questions and answers in your Maths books (or if you can you might want to print it and write on the sheet). I have attached the answers as well!
Year 4 Maths: Converting kilometres and metres. Attached are some measurements either in kilometres or metres – your challenge is to convert them to the other measurement! Remember that there are 1000 metres in 1 km. There are 3 levels, 1 star, 2 star and 3 star. Imagine these are like must (1 star), on track (2 star) and greater depth (3 star). Please choose the appropriate level, or challenge yourself once you feel more comfortable.
