We have loved our outdoor learning afternoons! We have played, explored in the mud, tried to rescue pots with sticks, climbed up and down the bank and had a lot of fun in the mud!
For our multi-faith afternoon, we learnt about C. S. Lewis who was a Christian author. We learnt about how his faith shaped the characters in his book, like Aslan being a lot like Jesus. We then created this cross to share our learning.
We have been reading Owl Babies. We created our own owl masks to help us retell the story, wrote our own versions of the story and painted fluffy owls using sponges!
We looked at some art by Andy Goldsworthy, then had a go at making our own art in the same style.
In Geography we have been thinking about making a journey. We created our own map of Stowmarket where our journey would start!
We started the half term with a Polar Adventure. We loved exploring different ways to melt the ice to find the message inside!
