Miss Mowles' Spelling Challenge:

I would love it if you could find a creative way to practice your spellings. You could use them in silly sentences, write them in rainbow colours, draw a scribble then fill each section with the different spellings, etc. What ways can you come up with? Don't forget to send me a picture if you try my challenge!

English: Plurals

Look at the picture below of the duck pond. Use what we have learnt about plurals this week to either label the picture, or write some sentences about the picture so that it doesn’t need to be printed off.

Remember, if there is only one, we don’t need to add anything.

If there is more than one, we add the suffix ‘s’.

If there is more than one and the word ends with ‘sh’ or ‘ch’, we add the suffix ‘es’.

Maths – Repeated Addition into Multiplication

I have attached a multiplication as repeated addition sheet. Use the pictures to make the repeated addition number sentence and the multiplication number sentence, then answer them.

Remember, you do not have to print this sheet, you could write the date in your Maths book, the question number in one box, and your answers to that question starting in the box next to the question number.

Please keep reading through Bug Club, and practicing Phonics through Phonics Play or the Phonics flashcards. Please also remember you can practice Maths through TT Rockstars, Numbots or games on the Topmarks website.
